How do I install the app?
Open app.thecaregivercompanion.app in your browser. On iPhone/iPad use Safari and tap Share → Add to Home Screen. On Android or desktop, look for "Install" in the address bar or browser menu. Detailed steps are on the home page.
I forgot my passcode
Because your passcode is stored only on your device and never with us, we cannot reset it. If you lose your passcode, the information in the app cannot be recovered — including by us. We recommend keeping your passcode in a password manager and enabling regular device backups.
I have a discount or unlock code
Enter the code in the Stripe payment form which will generate upon first launch.
I need a refund
For direct purchases through our website, write to us within 30 days of purchase and we'll process a refund through Stripe.
The app crashed or behaved oddly
Sorry about that. Email us with the device and browser you're using (iPhone Safari, Android Chrome, etc.) and a brief description, and we'll look into it.
Switching to a new device
Because the app stores data only on your device, use the app's encrypted backup export before switching. Save the encrypted file (locked with a passcode you set), install the app on the new device, and restore. Alternatively, a full device backup (iCloud or Google Drive) will bring your app data along when you set up the new device.
Is the app in Spanish?
Yes. You can switch between English and Spanish anytime from within the app — every screen changes with it. Your entries stay in whatever language you typed them.

At this time, Caregiver Companion is offered only in the United States, and only for information about individuals located in the U.S. We may expand later. Thank you for your patience.
