I forgot my passcode
On the lock screen, tap "Forgot your code?" and answer your recovery question. If you've lost both, your data cannot be recovered — this is by design.
I have an unlock code from an organization
Enter it in the app on first launch. If you can't find your code or it's not working, contact the organization that provided it, or write to us.
I need a refund
Refunds for in-app purchases are handled directly by Apple or Google. Visit their support pages or write to us if you need help finding the right place.
The app crashed or behaved oddly
Sorry about that. Email us with the device you're using (iPhone or Android) and a brief description, and we'll look into it.
Switching to a new device
Back up your old device first, then restore it onto the new one — your Caregiver Companion data will come along with the backup. We never store your data, so device-to-device transfer happens through your own backup.

Caregiver Companion is a caregiver-built app. It was created because we needed it ourselves, and we hope it saves you a fraction of the time and effort we wished we'd had back. We work with partner organizations who offer the app to their members as a benefit — Resource Autism is one example.
